Victorian Station House Concert: Kevin So with Karl Werne, special guests Carol&Dale
KEVIN SO IS BACK IN THE HOUSE!
Since graduating from Boston Latin School in 1989, and in over 25 years of performing his music around the USA, Kevin So is a Chinese American musician who has earned the respect of fellow musicians (Keb' Mo', Amos Lee, Melody Gardot, Simon Lynge), won over members of press (the late editor-in-chief Timothy White/Billboard Magazine, Steve Morse/Boston Globe) and radio (John Platt-WFUV, New York, Rich Warren-WFMT, Chicago), and has built a loyal fan base around the world.
Kevin So & Karl Werne have been crossing paths and making music from Virginia, Boston, Austin, and even Paris, France. This event will be the first time Kevin and Karl have seen each other since 2020, which was also at the Victorian Station.
Recently moved from Nashville, very special guests Carol & Dale will be adding their beautiful energy and musical magic to the evening.
This event will immediately be followed by Karl's Community hosted unplugged music circle, free and open to the public, and Kevin will be sticking around and joining in.
There is free parking at the venue, on the street, and at the shopping center across the street.

Big Pink Music is proud to present "Come Together" featuring three veteran local duos (EverAfter - Stacie&Steve Stephens, BirdDog - Laura&Dan Martier, and Fixity - Sherri Linn&Bernie Lee) Sunday, May 19, 2024, 5pm at Hampton’s Victorian Station, the region’s only member-supported listening room. These six artists will take center stage -- literally -- for the next signature in-the-round. The format, made famous by Nashville's Bluebird Cafe and featured on the TV show, "Nashville," puts the artists in a circle ringed by the audience. It's an intimate, shared performance. Victorian Station, the grand building in Phoebus, is the perfect setting.

DADA’S MICHAEL GURLEY IS BACK IN THE HOUSE!
Come see Michael live at Victorian Station in Hampton, VA on April 21, 2024. Get up-close and personal at a limited-seating engagement that is one-half acoustic storytelling and one-half electric rock 'n' roll with a full band. At this two-plus hours show, you'll hear a variety of songs from Michael's catalog, including songs by dada, Butterfly Jones, Nightcaps, and many brand new and not-yet-released songs. What is Big Pink Music?
Big Pink Music is a nonprofit of members who will pay an annual membership fee ranging from $100 to $500 to support performances by local musicians. In return, they will receive benefits including reduced ticket prices, invitations to private events, and private use of the venue.
