Victorian Station, aka ‘The Big Pink’ can be YOUR living room for an afternoon or evening to host your favorite performer for an intimate, unforgettable concert!

Here’s what you need to know:

Venue Use Fee: $300

Includes:

  • Use of venue with seating for up to 70 attendees

  • Use of house sound/lighting system (must have trained sound engineer)

  • ABC license

  • Bar staffed to sell beer & wine

  • Kitchen staffed to sell light snack food plates 

  • Venue pre/post show cleaning

  • Professional event graphic

  • Facebook event creation

  • Website listing

  • Inclusion in monthly venue ad in Veer Magazine

  • Hosting “tool kit” and sample documents

  • Personal advising from experienced house concert presenter

Host Responsibilities: 

  • Determine common performer/venue availability

  • Performer booking/payment

  • Address sound needs

  • Ticketing/money collection

  • Pre-show communications with performer, attendees

  • Day-of-show schedule

  • Performer hospitality

  • Volunteer team to handle guest check-in, seating

  • Show format/emcee 

  • Event photography/video (as permitted)
